Natural masks to prevent dryness in your hands

If you are looking to keep your skin free from dryness during the winter, here are some ideas for making masks with natural ingredients that will leave your hands soft and hydrated.

1. Exfoliating mask with oatmeal

  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Procedure:

In a bowl, mix the oatmeal with the honey until you create a thick paste. Apply it on your hands, let it rest for five minutes and rinse with plenty of water. To see better results, repeat the procedure at least twice a week.

2. Strawberry exfoliating mask

First, you must mash the strawberries until you get a puree, add the natural yogurt and mix the two ingredients until they are perfectly combined. Apply the paste on your hands using circular movements, let it rest for 10 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.

In a bowl put the avocado and honey and incorporate them until you create a homogeneous paste. Apply it on your hands, let it act for 20 minutes and then remove it with warm water.

  • juice of 1 lemon

Procedure:

Pour all the ingredients into a container until you create a paste. Apply the mixture, let it act for half an hour and rinse. It is recommended to repeat the procedure two to three times a week.

5. Moisturizing mask with olive oil

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons of beeswax

Procedure:

First, you must put the beeswax in a bain-marie until it melts, then add the olive oil and mix until you create a homogeneous paste. Remove it from the heat, let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes and use it as a daily cream. Empty the mask into a jar with a lid and store it in a cool, dark place.

6. Anti-blemish mask with cucumber

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley

Procedure:

Mash the cucumber, then add the lemon juice and, at the end, the parsley. Place the mixture in your hands, let it take effect for approximately 15 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.
